  Worst snow removal company I've ever dealt with. I gave them a second chance this year but definitely not renewing next year.
  
  - they don't always clear prior to 6 am after the city passes, forcing us to plow through to get out of our driveway .
  - the other companies pass twice before Sam does. It's 2:45 pm and Sam has yet to pass once .It has been snowing all night. The other 4 competitors on our street passed a minimum of once, several twice . This happened EVERY TIME this year .
  - You call, they don't answer and voicemail is full.
  
  Update: 6pm. Second call. Still haven't passed
